DELIVERY AND RETURNS

At THCP.co.uk we are committed to providing you with a simple and efficient online shopping experience, including the delivery and returns of your products. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal to anywhere in Europe via our trusted logistics partners, GLS and UPS.

Delivery options

• GLS: Thanks to our partnership with GLS, we can offer you fast and secure delivery. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow its progress in real time.

• UPS: For even faster delivery, choose UPS. With this option, your products can be delivered in 2 to 4 working days. You'll also have access to online tracking to keep you informed at every stage of delivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order and the delivery option you choose. The exact costs will be calculated when you validate your basket.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

• Returns procedure :
  1. Carefully pack the product(s) to be returned and include the completed returns form.
  2. Deliver the parcel to a GLS or UPS collection point, according to the label provided.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
